The Dough

The foundation of any good pizza. We always make our dough from scratch using Caputo 00 Pizza flour and traditional neopolitan pizza techniques for the perfect crispy bases. Caputo is recognised as the worlds best pizza flour and used by 80% of the pizzerias in Naples. We can also prepare gluten free pizza bases upon request.

The Sauce

We have created our own very unique recipe using the finest San Marzano tomatoes grown in the volcanic soil around Mount Vesvius, Italy. These are the most popular tomato variety for authentic neopiltan pizzas and we feel helps to further accentuate the depth of flavour in all our pizzas regardless of toppings.

Toppings

Using authentic ingredients from a local Italian supplier from fresh herbs to fior di latte mozzarella cheese. The ingredients are carefully chosen to compliment each other as best as possible to provide an authentic neopolitan style pizza. We can also provide special ingredients such as wild venison and other delicious toppings as a special request
