Caputo is recognised as the worlds best pizza flour and used by 80% of the pizzerias in Naples. We can also prepare gluten free pizza bases upon request.
We have created our own very unique recipe using the finest San Marzano tomatoes grown in the volcanic soil around Mount Vesvius, Italy. These are the most popular tomato variety for authentic neopiltan pizzas and we feel helps to further accentuate the depth of flavour in all our pizzas regardless of toppings.
